Fractional HR means you get ongoing access to an experienced HR Professional without hiring a full-time employee. You only pay for the level of support you need, whether that’s a few hours a month for questions and projects or more regular involvment as your outsourced HR partner. 

I primarily support Small to Mid-sized businesses, often in construction and related trades, but our HR practices apply across industries. Most Clients have between 5 and 100 employees, but Ialso help startups hiring their first employee and growing companies with 100+ team members. 

We typically start with a review of your current handbook (if you have one), job descriptions, and basic HR processes. From there, we identify compliance gaps, quick wins, and longer-term priorites, thenw e build a practical plan that fits your budget and growth goals. 

I offer hourly support for businesses that need occasional help, usually these businesses are 0-14 employees. I offer monthly subscription plans for businesses, with 15+ employees, that have  tend to need on going fractional HR support.

Yes, I regularly support clients with urgent situations such as harassment compliants, difficult terminations, employee conflicts, and wage/hour concerns. In an emergency , I help you assess the situation, plan next steps, document properly, and reduce risk to the business.

Yes, I work with clients across the U.S. ( Except California, Hawaii, and Alaska) through remote HR consulting and virtual meetings.
